About the Ponoka Ag Society
The Ponoka Agricultural Society (PAS) has been a proud supporter of our community for over 100 years. The annual County Fair in August is a full week-end event, including a Bench Show, Horse Show, Team Roping, Ranch Rodeo, Stock Dogs, Muttin' Busting, and Community Church. PAS also hosts annually a bullarama and a volunteer appreciation evening.
The Ponoka Ag Society is one of four partners in the development, construction and operation of a year round agricultural, educational and recreational Event Centre in Ponoka. This facility addresses the shortage of similar facilities in our region, and will be a large economic boost to our Community. It is designed to be capable of hosting events every day of the year.
PAS has supported many worthwhile community programs in the past. The support of our sponsors will allow us to expand our involvement in programs and events and continue contributing to our community for many years to come.
