Request for Sponsorship
If you would be be a sponsor for the Ponoka Ag Society, complete the online Sponsorship Application form. Print 2 copies, one for yourself and mail the other copy to the address indicated in the form. When authorized you will receive the bottom portion of the form as your receipt.

If you would like to receive funding from the Ponoka Ag Society, complete the online Funding Application form. Print 2 copies, one for yourself and mail the dated and signed copy to the address indicated in the form.
